My family experienced three unfavourable experiences with the ER. One brief example was when my young son was sent away (sans x-rays) having been told that his hockey injuries were negligible. An hour later, at another medical centre, it was discovered that my son's collar bone was broken. This was sometime ago, and I was reluctant to post, with the hope that things had improved. A Nurse, who was recently admitted to this hospital, reported that the Nursing Care was tremendous, and Physician care had much to be desired. This hospital is labelled a "Community Hospital" so either they don't know what they are.
