In light of all the bad media these days, I feel "almost" guilty when I say that as Patient and Outpatient of the U of A, 5th floor, for these past many years, my experience has been nothing short of wonderful.  
 
The hospital has seen cleaner days, however, they can't be held responsible for visitors who won't wipe their feet, or use a garbage can.  
 
How lucky we are to have this fine institution, and the Doctors and staff of Dialysis/Apheresis.
