In november I WAS at the cardiac short stay unit. I had no idea nor any reason to suspect I was getting terrible care from this hspt. I WAS VERY NERVOUS, and information That people kept telling me was that I was 64, I am 58 and i was first nations, I AM UKRAINIAN, i HAVE CARDIOMYOPATHY, THEY were treating me for ANGINA which I never have had. The long and short of it is, EVERYONE had the wrong files. When I told the heart surgeon, his reply was it though I never ever had cardiomyopathy, that why was i not sent to him 8 years prior. he was going to fix me, and i would be all better. He was going by the information of another totaly different case files, not mine. no one took the time to: STOP, LISTEN TO ME AND MY HUSBAND, OR CHECK OUT THE INFORMATION....THERE were so many descrepencies, that a educated group from royal jublee should have recognised. But like always, the doctors know what's best....not in my case, they gave me nitro and had to use the paddles on me... I am very upset. 
 
I beleive it is gross neglect....
